How can I access the list of my bounces?

Analysing your bounces is an important step in analysing your deliverability.

Let's take a look at how to access this list of bounces.

Access the global list of your bounces

In the main navigation bar, in the "Contacts" category, click on "Bounces".

This will take you to the global list of bounces in your database:

You can filter this list by surname, first name or email/part of an email (e.g. gmail.com).

You can also analyse the raw return of bounces to better analyse them:

Access the list of campaign bounces

In the main navigation bar, in the "Statistics" category, click on "Campaigns".

Then, in the "Deliverability" section of the statistics, you can access the list of campaign bounces over the last 3 days in the "Bounces" table:

You can filter by bounce type / surname / first name or email for a more detailed search.
