To generate / optimize the content of one of your messages, go to your message editor.
Then, click on the AI button corresponding to the text you want to modify (e.g., the body of an email).
A window opens and offers you several options for generating your text:
Adapt to my writing style
Generate a new text
Correct my text
Here, provide your instructions to adapt the selected message to your writing style.
This feature can allow you to change your text by replacing formal address with informal address, adding emojis, or using a casual tone instead of a formal one.
Here is an example of instructions:
“Modify the text by addressing my clients informally and adding meaningful and impactful emojis”
If the generated text does not suit you, generate new results or refine your search by modifying your instructions.
Once the generated text is satisfactory, click the “Choose” button to integrate the text into your template.
To generate new text, click on the template text to be modified, click the AI button, then select “Generate new text” from the AI options panel.
Then provide instructions by giving the main ideas you want to appear in your message and/or indicate some relevant keywords.
You can also pre-select one or more variables, regularly used within your content, but also define the length to be respected for the generation of your text.
Feel free to use the list of keywords automatically generated by our AI.
These keywords are adapted to the knowledge acquired by our AI about the universe of your store.
Then click on the “Generate” button to see the text written by our AI, according to your criteria.
Click on the “Choose” button to integrate the generated text into your template or click on the “Generate again” button to reload the text generation.
To correct any spelling/grammatical errors in an existing text content, access the editing of your text and then click on the AI button.
Then select the “Correct my text” option in the ShopiMind AI configuration panel.
Here, our Generative AI mainly corrects spelling mistakes, typos, or syntax errors in your text content.
