With just a few clicks, benefit from a set of information related to the profile & purchase history of each of your customers.
To access the details of each of your contacts, click on their email address.
This feature is available whenever you have a Data table that includes the email addresses of your contacts.
Example: Lists present in the "Lists & Segments" section, Lists present in your statistics
Thus access the complete profile of a particular customer :
Gender
Contact details
Location
Language
Opt-in/double opt-in profile
List to which the contact is attached
etc.
Also find a set of information related to your customers' interactions with your store:
Order history: date, time, amount, contents
Valid & abandoned carts: date, time, amount, contents
Note that this feature is set to evolve and be enriched with new key data for an optimal understanding of your customers' behavior.
