If you are a new ShopiMind customer, there are a few rules to follow when you send your first newsletters in order to build a good reputation and deliverability.
If you change your router (bulk email provider), make sure you export the list of hardbounces and complaints.
When you import them into ShopiMind, make sure you specify that these addresses must not be targeted, otherwise you risk damaging your reputation.
Webmails are very sensitive to high rates of hard bounces.
If you have no visibility of the quality of your database, it is preferable to clean it up before sending out your first newsletter.
ShopiMind can help you with this, so don't hesitate to contact the deliverability team at deliverability@shopimind.com to find out more.
When you enter your domain name on ShopiMind when configuring your account, there are two possible scenarios:
You have already sent emails with this domain name (in the sender address) from another router. Your domain name therefore already has a reputation. If you have not encountered any deliverability problems, you can resume sending your newsletters using the same practices.
If your domain name has never sent any emails, it is important to respect a "warm-up phase" in order to "warm up" your domain for sending mass emails and to build a good reputation.
Here are the rules to follow:
Limit the volume of emails sent to a maximum of 5000 for your first newsletter and increase the volume if you don't see any alerts.
If you have the information, preferably target your most active contacts.
Don't offer content that is too "aggressive" to limit the number of complaints and the number of emails that end up in the spam folder.
Gradually increase your sending volumes from one week to the next. (No more than double with each new campaign).
If you need any help setting this up, or for any further information, contact the ShopiMind deliverability team at deliverability@shopimind.com.
