Legally, all emails sent from ShopiMind are not considered spam because they are sent to opt-in databases (users who have given their consent to receive commercial emails).
However, email providers (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, Orange, etc.) do not have this information. They therefore rely on other indicators to determine whether an email is spam or not. This is why it can happen that your legitimate email ends up in the spam box.
One of the reasons may be the content of your email. The subject, the text or even the images can have an impact on whether or not it ends up in the spam box. That's why it's important to test these elements in different email inboxes (Gmail, Hotmail, Orange etc.).
Which mailboxes should be used to test content?
Ideally, you should create a test mailbox with each email provider or ISP, as they have their own filtering rules. (For example, an email that arrives as spam at Gmail may arrive as Inbox at Yahoo).
We therefore recommend that you create a test email address at :
Gmail (gmail.com)
Microsoft (hotmail.com, hotmail.fr, msn.com, live.fr, outlook.fr, etc.)
French ISP ( orange.fr , free.fr, sfr.fr or laposte.net). Please note that for this type of address you will need to be a customer of the ISP.
How do I test the content of my emails?
All you have to do is send a test of your email to all your email inboxes from ShopiMind.
If one of them turns out to be spam, you will need to test various elements to identify whether it is your content that is causing the email to turn out to be spam:
Your subject line: avoid too many capital letters, too much punctuation, a subject line that is too long, with spammy words (free, take advantage, savings, etc.).
Your titles in the email
Your spammy words in the text content
The size of your images
The weight of your email
Your redirect links
Your Call To Action
