When creating a campaign, you may come across this message when configuring your target:
"Warning: the deliverability filter has been activated by ShopiMind until XX/XX/XXXX.
We have observed deliverability problems following some of your mailings. To find out more, please contact the ShopiMind deliverability team at this address: deliverability@shopimind.com".
The reason for this is that our deliverability team has identified one or more issues in your recent mailings that could have a negative effect on all of our sending IPs. The impact is therefore extended to other customers who use the same shared IPs and infrastructure as you.
You should normally receive an email in parallel from the ShopiMind deliverability team explaining the detailed reasons for the problems that led to the activation of this filter.
